Even Realities’ G2 Smart Glasses Monitor Your AI Agent’s Activity

Even Realities has introduced Terminal Mode for its G2 smart glasses, allowing users to monitor their AI coding assistants remotely. Developers can track their AI agent’s progress in real time and address its requests for help directly from their glasses.

With the G2 smart glasses, users will see a continuous icon indicating the AI agent’s status. While the agent is processing, listening, or executing tasks, users can ignore it as needed. However, when assistance is required, notifications will appear, and users can respond using the G2’s controller ring. Responses can be selected from a menu or given via voice commands to the digital assistant.

Even Realities’ G1 smart glasses received positive reviews for their design and functionality, though they lacked some features found in competitors like Meta’s products. The G2 prototype, tested last November, was noted for its sleek appearance but required further refinement.

CEO Will Wang explains that Terminal Mode aims to free developers from constantly checking their screens while their AI agent works. This feature allows users to stay connected to their AI during daily activities like commuting, exercising, or running errands. It also helps developers focus on reviewing and correcting code generated by their AI assistants, potentially preventing critical errors in production environments.
