Only a month after increasing trade-in estimates across much of its product range, Apple has revised the figures again following its “Surprise and Shine” event. The update lowers iPhone values while raising them for iPads and most Macs. The new maximum amounts are listed below.
Apple begins accepting iPhone Air and iPhone 17 models for trade-in
Last month, Apple changed its trade-in tables for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch models, Macs, and Android devices, with some models receiving increases of almost 30%.
Apple has now updated the figures once more. The maximum payout for every listed iPhone has been reduced, with declines reaching $120 on some models.
By contrast, values increased across the entire iPad lineup and for every Mac except the Mac Pro. Apple Watch and Android trade-in values are largely lower or unchanged.
