Apple has begun informing customers that pre‑orders for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max have officially moved to the shipped stage. Below is a quick guide on how to verify your order status.
Apple confirms that the earliest iPhone 18 Pro pre‑orders are now marked as ‘Shipped’.
The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models are set to reach buyers this Friday, September 18.
Many of the first pre‑orders have already been updated to display ‘Shipped’ both in the Apple Store app and on Apple’s website.
To check the status, open the Apple Store app and go to the ‘For You’ tab for the latest update, or visit Apple’s website and navigate to the Orders page.
If you have signed up for text notifications, you may also receive a shipping update via SMS from the Apple Store.
Apple’s iPhone pre‑order tracking consists of four stages: Processing, Preparing to Ship, Shipped, and Delivered.
Apple also supplies a link to detailed tracking information for your new device. Clicking it redirects you to the carrier’s site (for example, UPS), which can offer a more precise delivery window in some cases.
